Hampshire Buildings Preservation Trust is seeking an experienced Evaluation Consultant to support our exciting project to repair, reopen and revitalise Bursledon Windmill, a Grade II* listed historic landmark. Deadline is 16th November 2026

The consultant will help develop and deliver a proportionate evaluation framework for this National Lottery Heritage Fund-supported project, measuring its impact on heritage conservation, volunteering, learning, community engagement, accessibility and long-term sustainability.

📅 Contract period: September 2026 – November 2028

💷 Budget: £3,000 (excluding VAT)

📍 Hampshire

We're looking for someone with experience in evaluating heritage, cultural or community projects and producing clear, insightful reports for funders and stakeholders.
